Vicious is a badass killer from the anime Cowboy Bebop. He works for the sindicate called the Red Dragons. Vicious is enemies with Spike, but they used to be friends when Spike was a part of the Red Dragons. Julia changed all of that. He has silver hair and he always carries a sword. It is so sharp that it can cut through almost anything. Vicious also has a pet bird. It can be said that the bird is his only real friend.
